The problem of tolerant communication in a multi-ethnic and multicultural environment imposes several psychological and pedagogical difficulties and is analyzed by the author on the basis of philosophical, pedagogical, sociological and psychological positions. The author, based on the analysis of field observations, analyzes the educational process and evaluates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of an ethno-tolerant culture among prospective law enforcement officers.
