Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the influence of personnel
training management on the certification process of employees of an educational
organization. The concepts of «training of personnel of an educational organization»,
«certification of pedagogical workers» are considered. Recommendations are proposed for
eliminating the shortcomings of the pedagogical certification procedure by means of training
management for the personnel of an educational organization.
